Shipping rates
• Standard Tracked Shipping: $4.95
• Free shipping on orders $49+

Where we ship from
Most of our products ship directly from our suppliers' warehouses (primarily located in China and the U.S.). This allows us to offer quality products at competitive prices while keeping shipping costs low.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.

Delivery time
Estimated delivery times vary by product origin and destination:
• U.S. warehouse products: 5–10 business days
• International warehouse products: 12–25 business days

During peak seasons, holidays, or carrier delays, delivery may take longer. Please allow extra time for international shipments.

Tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking may take 3–7 days to update after your order ships (especially for international shipments).

Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is in transit, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
If your package appears delayed or marked delivered but you can't find it, contact us and we'll help investigate with the carrier.

Customs & duties
For international orders, you may be responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are not included in our pricing and are the buyer's responsibility.
