When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive in 7–14 business days after processing (processing is typically 1–3 business days). You’ll get tracking by email.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on orders $49+. Standard tracked shipping is $4.95.

Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.

Can I change my address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually help. Once it’s in transit, changes may not be possible.

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused/unopened items. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

My item arrived damaged / wrong—what do I do?
Message us within 7 days with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.
