Refund Policy (Returns & Exchanges)

We want you (and your dog) to love your order.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unwashed, and unopened items in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

• Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear
• Food-contact items (e.g., lick mats, slow feeders) once opened/used
• Items marked final sale

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (processing time varies by bank).

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are not covered unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.
